You will find here the R code which has been used for the analyses in this paper. You will also find there some examples of use of our code.

The hardware requirement for using our R code is having a computer with the latest version (or at least 3.3.1) of the open source R software installed on it. Moreover, your system should be at least run under windows seven or Ubuntu 10.04 or Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1. You will find some brief instructions for installing R on a computer running Windows, Linux or Mac OSX on this page.
